Repositioning of two student residences of 920 units that were built in the early 1990s.
These two real estate complexes are located in the city of Toulouse and were previously operated by a social housing operator. The Rangueil asset is located at the foot of the Rangueil Faculty of Medicine and the Paul-Sabatier University. The second asset is located in the municipality of Labège and within walking distance of the Labège 2 shopping centre and higher education schools such as ESG Toulouse, ISCOM and the CESI engineering school.
A programme of works spread over several years consisted of the renovation of all the housing units and the common areas of the buildings as well as the creation of new common areas. The housing renovation strategy aimed at improving the environmental and energy performance of the residences.
These upgrades have improved the facilities and equipment of the buildings in order to be able to offer accommodation and services comparable to those of competing new-generation residences.
