The building is located in the town of Cergy-Pontoise and was acquired in July 2021. The ESSEC Business School and the Institut Polytechnique Saint-Louis are respectively less than 5 and 10 minutes’ walk from the residence. The “Les 3 Fontaines” shopping centre and the Cergy-Préfecture train station are also within walking distance of the building.
This acquisition was the subject of the signature of an off-plan lease for a fixed term of 10 years with one of the French leaders in the student accommodation sector.
This new-generation residence has many common areas and services (cafeteria, fitness room, study room, outdoor areas).
The asset will be delivered in August 2022.
The building is BEE (Bâtiment Energie Environnement) certified.
